What gets skipped when the next job is waiting

Most of a clean you can see from the doorway. The part that decides whether you call the cleaner back is the part you can't: the cob webs in the corners, the tops of the chairs, the light switches and outlets everyone touches, the inside of the small appliances. Those are the first things to go when someone is hurrying.

Jade works through each home one room at a time from a written checklist: kitchen and dining, bedrooms, common areas, then bathrooms. Every room ends with the floors vacuumed and mopped, so nothing gets walked over after it's done.

She works alone, so the person you meet is the person who cleans. Mary O. wrote about her first visit: “she was by herself i thought she did excellent work very thorough and very pleasant!” Along the way there's basic organization in the bedrooms and common areas, about 5 to 10 minutes, so things end up where they belong.

Every product is homemade. In Jade's words: “I craft all my cleaning products from scratch using natural ingredients, ensuring that your home is not only spotless but also free from harmful chemicals.”

After the door closes

Here is the promise, word for word: “Any concerns noted within 48hrs of a cleaning service will be resolved with no added cost.” If something was missed, you tell Jade and she fixes it.

Choose a One-Time Clean, Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly service. Weekly and Bi-weekly visits keep a home on the same list every time, and Monthly gives it a regular reset.

Kitchen & Dining

  • Spot wipe cabinets and backsplash

  • Clean all mirrors
