What a walkthrough catches that a quick wipe misses
A home changing hands gets judged on the places nobody looks at day to day. The inside of the kitchen cabinets. The shelf and floor of every closet. The little channels at the bottom of a sliding glass door where a season of grit settles. A quick wipe of the counters doesn't touch any of them.
Door tracks and window tracks are the same story, and so are hard water stains on glass and tile. They don't lift with a pass of a damp cloth. Room by room, by one pair of hands

One line on the list carries a season: inside and outside sliding glass doors are done in winter, fall and spring only. If your move lands in summer, mention it when you call so the estimate covers what applies.
